I'm Emily O'Byrne, and I'm a service designer. 

I help organisations to create successful and sustainable user experiences. I use classic business analysis and modelling techniques as well as Design Thinking, Lean UX and agile frameworks to create services that work for the business as well as the user.  

I spent many years in employee communications and digital marketing roles for a global services firm, and I love to write. So I also take on writing and editing projects within the consulting industry.
